Andrew Parker-Renga, 'Emily'

Andrew Parker-Renga is one of those rare singer-songwriters who are able to rock an upbeat and poppy tempo while singing about not so optimistic occasions. In the title track 'Emily' Parker-Renga sings, "I don't care if you tell the truth/I'd preferred it if you lied./Yeah you were never really mine/ But I like to believe." 'Emily' although a short album (5 songs) is a great pick up for all you lovers out there. - Michael Fecher
