To addresses in the U.S.A.: Shipping and handling within the United States for the first four CDs ordered is $5.00 (USD). Add $1 for each CD after the fourth. Domestic orders are shipped by the United States Post Office via PRIORITY MAIL delivery with delivery confirmation. Priority Mail is supposed to arrive at U.S. addresses or P.O. Boxes within two to three days including Saturdays.
To addresses in Canada: Shipping and handling to Canada for the first four CDs is $7.00 (USD). Add $1 for each CD after the fourth. Canadian orders are shipped by the United States Post Office via GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL delivery. Global Priority Mail is supposed to arrive at Canadian addresses within three to five days. To addresses in Western Europe and Japan: Shipping and handling to western Europe for the first four CDs is $20.00 (USD). Add $1 for each CD after the fourth. European orders are shipped by the United States Post Office via GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL delivery. Global Priority Mail is supposed to arrive at European addresses within three to five days. Shipping costs to other international destinations will be calculated as the order is processed. Due to experience with fraud we do not process orders from the former Soviet Republic and Indonesia. Orders are processed within two business days and shipped within two business days after processing. Most often they go out within 48 hours but because we have a volunteer staff that works irregular hours we reserve the four-day processing option. The VMLS accepts returns of unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Damaged or defective merchandise can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase.
